First thing you do upon waking up? Brush my teeth.

It's a Pow day—what's the schedule? What happens? What gear? Wake up between 4:30am to 5am. Put on long johns. Eat. Stretch. Put on my gear. Grab my boots. Grab my POW board ranging between 155-158. Grab my back pack which has my beacon, probe, 4 goggles, 3 sets of gloves, 2 neck warmers / face masks, First Aid kit, 2 way radio. Then after that, head to get gas and breakfast and head to the zone.

Are there friends on a POW day?: FOR SURE... I ALWAYS LIKE RIDING WITH PEOPLE ON A POW DAY, TO WATCH THEM PICK OUT LINES AND CLIFFS CAUSE THEN IT PUSHES ME. PLUS IF YOU KNOW THE ZONE GOOD ENOUGH YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND ENOUGH POW LONG ENOUGH TILL IT GOES BAD.
